Migrating Fossil Group's Customer Care
From AEM to Zendesk
Simultaneously with the Fossil SFCC standups, I was tasked with moving the customer care documentation, which lived on Adobe Experience Manager, onto Zendesk, a fairly popular service platform. This was a three-person job. We removed content, consulted with legal, updated content and contact information, created everything on Zendesk with a mix of simple HTML and Zendeskery, and then translated it in collaboration with translations.com.
Shortly thereafter, I was tasked to create a simpler customer care document portal here using this process and these wireframes. This moved some of the documentation off Zendesk.
