Migrating WSI and Michele off Zendesk to a hand-built solution
Late 2019/early 2020, I was tasked with saving my client some money by moving two smaller portfolio brands off Zendesk and onto a simple html/css/js series of interconnected SFCC pages with a small amount of interactivity.
I made these wireframes, and created this series of pages on brand with approval. They're simple, functional, and work well for a small brand. Customers have more confidence that they'll hear back if you give them your e-mail address rather than a form, so it worked well for both brands.
